These dreary Vermont days...

makes you really crave color and the smell of fresh cut flowers.
well...for me anyways. I end up going to the food store and getting fresh flowers...just to take pictures of them.

When LDPT members get together...

I am so glad you made the trip up to my house. Hope we can do this again real soon. Maybe the weather will be better and we can get out side too.

So, this was the one of the coolest ones we came up with. Standing in front of the soft box and bouncing the light back into the subject. Lots of metering and I think we finally got it. I think it's pretty cool. :)

Support group for models

They both feel they lead a horrible life. There is nothing worse in this world than a Mother and a camera...and a new light to play with. The protest just goes on and on.
The oldest feels there must be a support group for people in her position.

I think they look like they suffer too...don't you?

What a sale huh?

My son had a friend over yesterday. They were very busy playing "store" in his room.
Today when I cleaning his room, I found the signs still up.
They were selling photos and artist trading cards. Looks like a pretty good deal to me. I asked him how they were going to sell them without a computer in his room to print them.
"It's only to look at them in the camera...they'd have to come to you if they wanted a real one".

The best thing to do to make him happy and keep him out from under foot...Just put him in the car and let him watch from there....And he can barely peek out the window...and he cries waiting for you to get in to start the car...
